The Campaign for Popular Democracy is the Thai partner of One World Action’s regional programme Citizen Participation in Local Governance.
The Citizen Participation in Local Governance programme in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Cambodia supports the implementation of decentralisation by increasing citizen's engagement in local politics and training local officials in participation and governance. In doing so it is creating a new form of politics - one that puts people at the centre.
