Making a complaint or giving a compliment
If you are not happy with any aspects of our UK or overseas work or our people, please tell us - we may be able to provide further explanation of our actions, or improve if our performance is less than it should be. We promise to take all complaints seriously, and to deal with them in a timely manner. Equally, we would be glad to hear any compliments on what we do – it is always good to know that our work is appreciated.
To speak to us about your complaint or compliment, please contact our Director, Graham Bennett, in one of the following ways:
Telephone +(44) (0) 20 7833 4075
E-mail
Write to Graham Bennett, Director, One World Action, Bradley’s Close, White Lion Street, London N1 9PF, United Kingdom
Graham will deal with all complaints personally, and will pass on any compliments to those most directly responsible for particular successes.
Our aim is to respond initially to all complaints within 48 hours of receiving them.
If your complaint concerns our Director, you may write to the address above, but please address your letter to the Chair of One World Action.
This policy is open to all overseas partners, supporters, donors, suppliers and all others who work with us, as well as the general public in the UK and beyond.
